WICH PREVENTION BEST PRACTICES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED?
We have implemented all the international regulations standards and best practices, such as social distancing, improve our cleaning standards and hygiene.
HOW SOCIAL DISTANCING WORKS FOR HOSTELS?
We have reduced our hostel capacity, leaving empty beds in all rooms. We changed our common spaces layouts, and add new signals to remember to keep social distancing.
CAN I BUY HYGIENE PRODUCTS AT THE HOSTEL?
Yes hygiene products will be sold at reception.
CHECK IN & OUT
CAN I CHECK IN DURING THE NIGHT?
Yes reception is 24 hours.
AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK IN TO MY ROOM?
Check in to your room will be at 14 hours. But if you come earlier we can store your stuff until you come back.
AT WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK OUT? CAN I STAY A LITTLE LONGER?
Check out from your room will be at 11 hours, but you can ask for a late check out and extend it until 14 hours for a small extra.
CAN I BRING SOME FRIENDS TO THE HOSTEL?
Yes everybody is welcomed here, but for security reasons only to the bar in ground floor.
SERVICES
ARE LINEN INCLUDED?
Yes they are included, so you don't have to think of that. If your stay is long, let us know when you want them to be changed.
DO I NEED TO CARRY A LOCK?
You will need one for your locker, but dont worry well also sell them at reception.
DO I NEED AN ADAPTER?
You probably will, but you can get one borrowed at reception.
DO I NEED A CARD TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
Yes we also can borrow you one at reception.
